Amber Alert issued for 4-year-old girl last seen in Arlington Heights

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An Amber Alert was issued Monday evening for a 4-year-old girl last seen in Arlington Heights with a 40-year-old man.

Daleza Fregoso was abducted by Ruben Fregoso, according to the California Highway Patrol. The relationship between the child and the suspect was not immediately known.

They were last seen Sunday, May 24, at approximately 4 a.m. near Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Street in Los Angeles.

They were initially believed to be in a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery with California license plate 9DAW715, according to the CHP. The vehicle was later located, but the child and the suspect remain missing.

Daleza is described as 3 feet tall, weighing 45 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Ruben is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities urge anyone with information to call 911.
