Car flips, erupts in flames at end of LAPD chase

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A car that was being chased by Los Angeles police flipped and erupted in flames overnight.

Officers were trying to stop a reckless driver, leading to the chase late Tuesday night. It ended in a crash on Olympic Boulevard in the Harvard Heights neighborhood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The suspect suffered minor injuries. Additional details were not available.
