Clippers fans meet team's new owner Steve Ballmer

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles Clippers fans met the team's new owner, Steve Ballmer, at a rally held at Staples Center Monday afternoon.

Ballmer paid a record $2 billion to buy the team. A judge sealed the deal last week.

Ballmer whipped the crowd into a frenzy Monday. He assured fans the team will stay in Los Angeles. Fans are excited about the new NBA season.
