WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. -- Water gushed down Sunset Boulevard during a water main break in West Hollywood during rush hour on Friday.

At its peak, 9,600 gallons of water per minute spewed from the broken main. The 36-inch pipe that burst was installed in 1916.
