Prebiotic packed jicama being called a superfood

SANTA MONICA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Mexican tuber known as jicama has been discovered to have prebiotic fiber, a good source of minerals and Vitamin C that is easily used in all kinds of foods, but especially those Asian and Latin in nature.
