Search underway for missing jet ski rider in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- A search is underway for a 54-year-old man who was riding a jet ski before going missing in Long Beach.

The man was first reported missing around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night, according to the U.S. Coast Guard. He was riding the jet ski near the breakwater.

The Coast Guard and Long Beach Fire Department are helping in the search.
