Investigation underway into alleged rape of realtor in Valencia area

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies are investigating an alleged sexual assault of a realtor at the Valencia home of a prospective client.

According to detectives, the woman said she met the suspect at his house in the 28000 block of Pietro Avenue because he was possibly going to list it for sale.

The woman said she accepted drinks from the man and was sexually assaulted that night.

Detectives have identified the suspect, but he has not yet been arrested. No further information was released.
