Eagle Rock shops participate in Small Business Saturday

EAGLE ROCK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Black Friday may be over, but the holiday shopping frenzy continues. In Eagle Rock, mom and pop shops kicked off the 4th annual We Heart Eagle Rock Block Party on Small Business Saturday,

Some 27 stores are taking part in the festivities, with many offering one-of-a-kind gifts, clothing, jewelry and art by local designers.

"We're not offering 50 or 60 percent off like the big box stores, but these are good deals for local designers," said Angelyn de la Garza with Kumquat, a children's clothing boutique.

A bite to eat is always welcome after a long day of shopping. Milkfarm on Colorado will be offering free wine tastings on Small Business Saturday.
