SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police are investigating two deadly shootings that happened within 1 1/2 miles of each other in South Los Angeles.
The first shooting was reported around 11 p.m. Sunday near 843 West 65th Street.
The second shooting happened around 1 a.m. Monday on 54th Street and Budlong Avenue.
In the first incident, police say someone opened fire and killed the victim.
It was a similar scene in the second shooting. Police say someone heard a gunshot in the area. A man was later found slumped over in a vehicle.
Investigators are currently looking for the gunmen.
