Person stabbed at Studio City home; 2 men detained

STUDIO CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One person was hospitalized after being stabbed at a home in Studio City early Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. in the 3100 block of Laurel Canyon Boulevard. Investigators described the victim as a 37-year-old man. He was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in stable condition.

Investigators said there were multiple people inside the house at the time of the incident. A suspect was not identified, but two men were detained for questioning.

The motive behind the stabbing was not known.
