Malibu is preparing to activate cameras that will cite drivers traveling at least 11 mph over the speed limit on PCH with a goal of reducing traffic fatalities.
The city says 50 streets will now have speed limits of 20 miles per hour or less, making them "friendlier for bicyclists and pedestrians."
