LASD's Paul Tanaka, Tom Carey indicted for obstructing FBI investigation

Former Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Undersheriff Paul Tanaka and former Capt. Tom Carey have been indicted on obstruction of justice charges in connection to the scandal that rocked the department in 2013.
