RUNNING SPRINGS, Calif. (KABC) -- A wintry Thanksgiving in the mountain region gave many people the chance to go out on the slopes on Thursday.
While snow fell earlier in the morning, Thanksgiving proved to have plenty of sunshine throughout the day, providing perfect weather for outdoor actives.
Many people flocked to Big Bear Mountain to have a thrill on the alpine slide.
