Marcia Clark brings her courtroom knowledge to TV with new ABC drama series, 'The Fix'

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- In the new ABC drama, "The Fix," Robin Tunney plays an L.A. prosecutor who left town after losing a high-profile double murder case. But when the same guy, a charismatic, much-loved Oscar-winning actor, played by Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, is now suspected of killing his young girlfriend, the prosecutor returns to go after him again.

Marcia Clark, who co-created "The Fix," says the first few minutes does draw on what she went through during the highly watched O.J. Simpson trial but, after that, Clark says it is pure fiction. And that's where the title comes in!

"The second trial that she comes back for, she comes back to Los Angeles is her way of fixing the past, fixing the injustice that happened before when he was acquitted of those two murders and shouldn't have been," said Clark. "When he is suspected of killing again, she comes back to fix that."

Clark says the series has plenty of cliffhangers, and takes viewers on a roller coaster ride every week.

"This is a bullet train of a show where there's constant twists and turns and people doing things that you don't expect," said Clark. "And from one episode to the next, you're going to think, he's guilty! He's not guilt! He's guilty! He's not guilty! Hopefully, by the end of it, you will still not know but we will answer all of your questions. By the 10th episode, everything will be answered. We are not going to leave you hanging!"

"The Fix" debuts Monday, March 18, at 10 p.m. on ABC.
