Confusion over the new toll road system in Orange County as it does away with cash payments has resulted in some drivers being hit with violations.
The Transportation Corridor Agencies, the organization that operates the 51-mile toll road network, stopped collecting cash at its toll booths on May 14.
Lisa Telles, a spokeswoman for The Toll Roads, said although there's been some confusion, most have caught on.
