Utah judge releases video of deadly courtroom shooting

SALT LAKE CITY (KABC) -- Four years later, a judge has finally released graphic video of a violent courthouse confrontation in Utah.

A U.S. Marshall shot and killed a defendant after he tried to attack a witness with a pen.

Parents of the defendant sued the federal government for their son's death.

Their case got dismissed last Friday, after a judge ruled the U.S. Marshall involved in the shooting was justified.
