NEW YORK -- "It's redefining what it means to have political discussions at the dinner table." In an age where politics often tear friends and family apart, Make America Dinner Again is a new organization doing what it can to prove we all have more in common than we think. (Yes, even Republicans and Democrats.)
"I suspect everybody who has participated in a Make America Dinner Again discussion walks away with maybe not a different political view, but a different view of people," says one of the program's participants. "I think that that is really valuable. People have to be willing to step out onto that ledge and get ready to have that discussion first."
