Mayor Karen Bass, city attorney work to fast-track 'sanctuary city' ordinance

Following meetings with immigrant-rights groups over the weekend, Mayor Karen Bass and City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto are working to expedite the release of a proposed "sanctuary city" ordinance to the City Council.
