Action News anchor Sarah Bloomquist celebrates 30 years with ABC

PHILADELPHIA -- On Friday, the 6abc newsroom gathered to celebrate anchor Sarah Bloomquist for reaching a remarkable milestone: 30 years of service with ABC.

Bloomquist joined 6abc in August 2002 after working at the ABC-owned station in Toledo, Ohio.

"To say that she is a remarkable journalist would be an understatement. But as good as she is at her job, she is an even better human being," said co-anchor Brian Taff during Action News at 4:30 p.m.

Sarah, congratulations on 30 years with our company, and thank you for making it better every day you step through that door.
