L.A. hilltop street creates picture-perfect nightmare for residents
A picture perfect view of the Los Angeles skyline is becoming a nightmare for the people who live there. Residents in the Victor Heights neighborhood near downtown say it is drawing crowds to the hilltop street and they've had enough.
