3.5-magnitude earthquake strikes near Aguanga in Riverside County, USGS says

AGUANGA, Calif. (KABC) -- A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck near Aguanga in Riverside County on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The temblor struck at 12:18 p.m. PT around 5 miles northeast of Aguanga, 8.7 miles southwest of Anza and 28.6 miles south-southwest of Palm Springs, the USGS said.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
