LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Southern California will continue to see more May Gray to start the week, as cloudy conditions keep things cooler.

Los Angeles and Orange counties on Monday can expect clouds and possibly some drizzle in the morning, followed by partly sunny skies in the afternoon with a high of 68.

The valleys and Inland Empire on Monday will see morning clouds, with afternoon temperatures reaching about 72.

Beaches on Monday will be cloudy with some drizzle possible, reaching a high of 65 by afternoon.

The mountains will be cool with a high of 59, dropping to about 31 degrees on Monday.

Deserts will reach a high of 75 degrees on Monday, with strong wind gusts and sunshine.
