VIDEO: Serial arsonist may be responsible for San Diego fires

A serial arsonist may be responsible for eight of the nine fires in San Diego County, fire officials said.

In total, the fires have burned more than 9,000 acres in hot and dry conditions, causing more evacuations and power outages.
