San Bernardino County storms brings hail, flash-flood warnings

BARTON FLATS, SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY (KABC) -- Parts of San Bernardino County saw flash-flood warnings as cities were pelted with hail Monday.

A flash-flood warning was in effect until 10:30 p.m. for the northeastern San Bernardino County area. According to the National Weather Service, rainfall exceeding 1/2 inch or more could cause flash flooding or mudslides.

Residents were asked to avoid all areas affected by the Lake Fire.
