A woman dropped off her wedding dress two years ago at a dry cleaners on Staten Island to have it preserved, but Superstorm Sandy hit -- forcing the store to close.

It turns out the owner opened a new store and placed the dress in the window, hoping its rightful owner would see it. And that's exactly what happened a few days ago.
