GLENDALE (CNS) Dyane Blackford walked away from the Leisure Vale Retirement Home at 413
E. Cypress St. around 7 a.m. Thursday. She cannot communicate because she
recently suffered a stroke, according to release from the Glendale Police
Department.
Blackford is Asian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has
black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green
sweater and gray or blue pants. Blackford sometimes wear glasses.
Anyone with information on Blackford's whereabouts was asked to call the
Glendale Police Department at (818) 548-4840 or (818) 548-3987.
