Alleged killer of actor to be in court

Jarrell Kelly is set to be arraigned on murder and robbery charges.

Authorities said Kelly robbed 18-year-old actor Armand Jones and several of his friends, and shot Jones in the chest in March of 2006. Jones reportedly staggered back inside the Denny's and died in the doorway.

Jones appeared in the movie 'Freedom Writers' with Oscar winner Hillary Swank.
