No more big billboards in parts of L.A.?

The council will vote Tuesday, on a proposal allowing it to create small sign districts in up to 21 neighborhoods.

The L.A. Times reports some of those neighborhoods include, Koreatown, Westwood, Universal City and Van Nuys.

Neighborhood groups have voiced concern over the number of areas in the proposed ordinance.
