Port of Los Angeles gets $42M makeover

LOS ANGELES Friday, they announced $42 million in long term improvements for the Inner Harbor World Cruise Center.

The cruise center is near the Vincent Thomas Bridge and is the home port for four major cruise lines.

They include Princess Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and coming soon, the Disney Cruise Line.

Right now, the center handles 1.25 million passengers every year.
