Exercise found to create younger cellular DNA

A new study, published in the journal "Circulation" shows that exercising can lead to biological changes that produce healthier, younger cells.Sure, you can spend a lot of money on face creams or plastic surgery, but physical exercise will actually make the DNA in your cells younger.

In fact, scientists found that the cells of athletes are about nine years younger than those who do not exercise regularly.

The more active you are, the greater the benefit.
