LAPD responds to possible Cypress Park stabbings

Officers from LAPD's Northeast Division responded to a report of two possible stabbings at a Cypress Park residence Tuesday evening.Officers called for backup at the house.

Police received a report of a possible stabbing at the location. The call reported two men fighting, possibly in the street.

Officers approached the house at 1948 Kemper Street to assess the situation. They followed a blood trail around the house to locate other victims.

Upon entry into the house, officers discovered two stabbing victims.

Medical personnel from the L.A. City Fire Department were on scene to treat the victims.

No suspects were in custody.

A sergeant on scene reported there was a lot of blood at the location.

The extent of the injuries was not released.
