VENTURA, Calif. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Frankie Hernandez, would drive his vehicle near /*Ventura High School*/, park and stand near his vehicle. He would call out to female juveniles to gain their attention while he masturbated in public.
Thursday morning an alert patrol officer conducted a traffic stop on Hernandez's vehicle. The victims and witnesses from the prior indecent exposures positively identified Hernandez and his vehicle.
Hernandez was arrested for multiple counts of /*indecent exposure*/. He was cited and released for the charges.
