Arrest in hit-and-run that put teen in coma

NORCO, Calif.

Tyler Rosen, 18, was critically injured on Jan. 24 when he was struck by a car while walking along a horse trail on Norco Drive near Alhambra Street just after 2 p.m. Police said a driver veered across traffic and crashed into him.

Witnesses said the driver turned around, looked at the victim and sped off.

"How this driver looked back and saw my son laying on the ground and kept on going - that disturbs me a lot. There needs to be justice with this man that did this," said Dave Rosen, Tyler's father.

Police arrested the suspected driver, Andrew Dean Murvine from Norco. Authorities also seized his truck for evidence.
