Billy and Colleen Waterman of Riverside County were reported missing Monday.
San Francisco police said Colleen Waterman's body was found in a hotel room on Lombard Street. The couple's car was found abandoned along Pacific Coast Highway in the Bay area.
Officials said they're looking for Billy Waterman, who is considered a person of interest.
Deputies and rescue teams have been combing the area looking for evidence.
