Riverside County sheriff's deputies arrested 18-year-old Oscar Amieva and a 14-year-old accomplice on Thursday.
The two had allegedly left their mark on virtually every block between Orange and Placentia avenues, an area of approximately 1.5 miles.
Authorities had been investigating the /*graffiti*/ after receiving multiple reports of tagging along several blocks.
