The incidents took place Monday night in the 15000 block of Van Buren Street.
The /*Orange County Sheriff's Department*/ received multiple calls from residents who claim they saw people jump out of two cars, and then heard smashing noises and possible gunshots.
When deputies arrived, they found five vehicles with dents and broken windows.
Authorities tracked the suspects to Huntington Beach a few hours after the incidents.
One suspect, 26-year-old Enrique Cervantes, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. The others, six males and one female, were detained and questioned.
Authorities found baseball bats inside the suspects' vehicles.
