An undercover detective with the Internet Crimes Unit of the Thousand Oaks Police Dept. began monitoring Hart's online activity in Nov. 2010.
The investigation led to a search warrant and Hart's computer was seized. The Southern California High Tech Task Force performed a forensic examination of the computer and found more than 150 videos of child pornography.
Hart was subsequently arrested at his Simi Valley home and booked into Ventura County Jail. He was held on $50,000 bail.
