Mastermind of Enron scandal out of prison

HOUSTON

Andrew Fastow will reportedly stay there until December 17.

Fastow has been serving a six-year sentence after being convicted of conspiracy in 2006. The reduced sentence was for testifying against Enron's former CEO Jeffrey Skilling and Chairman Kenneth Lay.

Fastow is considered the mastermind behind the financial schemes that doomed the energy company.
