The incident happened on the 3600 block of 182nd street.
Authorities released a composite sketch of the suspect. Police said he drove up alongside the girl in a blue, newer four-door sedan.
He initially asked her for directions, but then told the victim to get into his car so he could give her a ride.
He continued following her for a short time before leaving.
