Lady Gaga is being sued over the sale of her 'We Pray for Japan' wristbands, whose proceeds were intended for relief efforts.

Shortly after the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan earlier this year, Lady Gaga became involved in a fundraising effort to help the victims.

Michigan legal network 1-800-LAW-FIRM is behind the class action suit. They claim that not all of the proceeds from the sale of the $5 bracelets went to the victims.

A spokeswoman for the law firm said while they commend Lady Gaga for her philanthropic efforts, they want to ensure that all claims of benefiting others are true.

Lady gaga has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
