Colin Farrell, Michael Caine and Elton John were among the 400 guests, held at the Warner Bros. studio lot.
A spokeswoman said Farrell hosted the service, which featured memories of the Academy Award-winning beauty and included a performance by John.
Taylor died on March 23 of congestive heart failure in Los Angeles. She was 79 years old.
