Reports: Heather Locklear rushed to the hospital

LOS ANGELES

A spokesman for the Ventura County Fire Department confirmed they responded to a medical aid call at 2:05 p.m. at Locklear's home in Thousand Oaks, California, and transported one person to Los Robles Medical Center. However, they could not disclose any information on the passenger.

This is not the first time an emergency call has been made to Locklear's home. In March 2008, a man who claimed to be a doctor called 911 stating he was concerned for the actress' safety and said Locklear was "suicidal." Locklear's spokesperson had no immediate comment about the reports.

Locklear checked into a medical facility in Arizona for anxiety and depression in June 2008. She left the facility after four weeks of treatment.

In September 2008, Locklear was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Santa Barbara. She pled no contest to reckless driving in January 2009 and in exchange, the district attorney dismissed the DUI charges. She was sentenced to serve three years' informal probation and was fined $700.

In November 2011, it was announced that she and former "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner called off their engagement.

Locklear, 50, and Wagner, 52, began dating in 2007, a year after she and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, her second husband, ended their some12-year marriage. Wagner played Locklear's love interest on the original "Melrose Place" drama series in the 1990s.

On the primetime drama series "Melrose Place," which ran between 1992 and 1999, Locklear and Wagner played on-again, off-again couple Amanda Woodward, a ruthless advertising executive, and Peter Burns, a doctor. Locklear reprised her role in a short-lived remake in 2010. Wagner currently plays Nick Marone on the CBS daytime soap opera "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Locklear and Sambora have one child, a 14-year-old daughter named Ava, who is a model and is set to appear in Judd Apatow's new comedy film "This Is 40" set for release on Dec. 12, 2012.

Sambora was Locklear's second husband. The actress was married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee between 1986 and 1993. They have no children.
