Sending a post card is also getting more expensive by 3 cents, adding up to 32 cents.
The U.S. Postal Service is also raising rates on letters to international destinations.
Letters to Canada or Mexico will see a 5-cent increase to 85 cents, and letters to other international destinations will see a 7-cent raise to $1.05.
The price hike is set to begin on Sunday.
Express Mail and Priority Mail prices are staying the same.
The higher prices are aimed at easing the USPS' financial crisis.
