Her album "21," which has sold more than 6 million copies in the U.S., is nominated for album of the year and best pop vocal album.
Her song "Rolling in the Deep" is up for record and song of the year.
Adele's throat problems forced her to cancel two different tours. She has not performed live in five months.
The Grammys will air live Feb. 12 on CBS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Adele will also perform at the BRIT Awards on Feb. 21.
