The girl was walking along 10th Street near Lakeview Avenue Monday afternoon when she says the man stopped his minivan and tried to pull her inside. She was able to get away.
The suspect was described as Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old, with a thin, athletic build.
The girl says he had a thin mustache and two vertical scars and a mole under his right eye. He was driving a white minivan with dealer plates.
