Cuomo told Inland Empire bureau reporter Leticia Juarez that he wanted to pay it forward to his friend, Kevin Golightle. Golightle is a single dad who is trying to support his teenage daughter and get work after being unemployed for three years.
Golightle said he was touched by Cuomo's gesture and he plans to use the money to pay off mounting bills.
