Anaheim community meeting to be held in fatal officer-involved shooting

Anaheim police are holding a community meeting on Tuesday in regards to an officer-involved shooting earlier this month.

On March 6, police shot and killed an armed man believed to be a gang member in the alley of 100 E. Wakefield Avenue. A second suspect fled on foot. Authorities say the circumstances of the officer-involved shooting are still under investigation.

Police say following the shooting, members in the neighborhood expressed concern about the incident. In response, a community meeting will be held with the Orange County Human Relations Commission and the Anaheim Police Department to address any questions.
