In-N-Out sued for alleged race, age discrimination in Bay Area

OAKLAND, Calif.

Two men in the Bay Area claim they were denied employment at the fast food chain because they are African American and over the age of 40.

They're asking a judge to order In-N-Out to end what they call discriminatory practices and to provide back pay to those who've been unlawfully denied work.

The burger chain denies the allegations in the lawsuit.
