The suspect robbed a propane gas business on the 500 block of East Slauson Boulevard. The incident happened around 3:10 p.m. on Dec. 23.
Police said the suspect pointed a handgun at the attendant and demanded money. He took the cash, returned to his vehicle and drove away. The vehicle was described as a white or light gray 2000 to 2005 Chevy Impala.
Authorities said the suspect is a Hispanic man between 30 to 35 years old. He was wearing a gray hooded sweater, a black baseball cap and a piece of gray tape under his right eye, possibly hiding a tattoo.
