Build-A-Bear recalls 'Monsters, Inc.' Sulley toy for choking hazard

LOS ANGELES

The Sulley stuffed animal is being recalled because the toy's eye can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The toys were sold in stores and online in June. A tracking label ending with 4384 or 4385 for the United States and 4378 for Canada can be found on a sewn-in label on the backside of the leg of the stuffed monster.

Build-A-Bear is advising customers to immediately return the toy to their stores. In return, customers will receive a coupon for any stuffed animal in the store.
